Enhancing English Proficiency for Students on the Path to a World-Class University for Primary Care
The Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Khon Kaen, in collaboration with the Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Ubon Ratchathani, Faculty of Public Health and Allied Health Sciences Praboromarajchanok Institute organized the “English Language Skills Development Program for Students Toward Becoming a World Class University for Primary Care” from May 3–5, 2025, at Wishing Tree Resort, Mueang District, Khon Kaen Province.
The objective of the program was to enhance students’ English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, in preparation for their academic and professional pursuits. The initiative also supports the institutions’ goal of achieving international excellence.
Over the three-day period, students engaged in hands-on learning activities (Active Learning) and had the opportunity to communicate with native-speaking instructors. These experiences fostered inspiration and a positive attitude toward using English with confidence and effectiveness.
